about Veterinary Concierge Palm Beach

Our business is a completely new concept and as we start this endeavor, we will be learning, growing and changing with the needs of our clients and their pets. We will initially offer a somewhat limited schedule as we build our clientele, but as we grow we will expand our hours of availability and the services offered. We anticipate opening business by the first of October, 2025.  

Veterinary Concierge Palm Beach is looking to provide this type of veterinary care to clients exclusively in Palm Beach County via a state-of-the-art mobile veterinary hospital. Our business will provide all of the services a “brick and mortar” veterinary general practice can provide, but in a mobile unit that can come directly to your home.  Our house call fee will be 150.00 to include an examination and travel fee to your door.  

As a concierge service, we will have a membership fee that can be billed annually or monthly and will be based on the number of pets in your household.  The annual fee of 500.00 will cover the first two pets and additional pets will be 200.00 each.   This fee will include special pricing on all of our services as well as the following: 

• two house call examinations per year (valued at 300.00)   
• cell phone access after hours
• access to electronic medical records
• phone consultations and virtual appointments (at no additional charge)
• same day or next day house call appointments five days a week
• direct coordination of specialty care or emergency care with area referral hospitals and specialists
